Return policy

You have the right to return your purchases within 14 days for a full refund without an explanation (select reason code 9 for "Legal right of withdrawal" from the Return Form).

You can return any item for a refund, within 28 days of receiving your original order.

If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

Make sure you have filled the Return Form (download it below), check the reasons of the return, and pop it back to us inside the original parcel.

You also need to notify us by email at contact@chunkycut.com. Please mention:

• Your order number,
• Your order date,
• Your name,
• The article number you want to return,
• The size of the article you want to return,
• The return reason code (refer to the Return Form below).
  
  

If you wish to return underwear, swimwear or any items marked with a + next to the product name, please do not remove the original wrapping for hygiene reasons.

All goods will be inspected on return: The items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, all hang tags and clothing labels must be attached and untampered with. The goods are under your responsibility until they reach us. Please, make sure it’s properly packed and can’t get damaged on the way. We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don't need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Original shipping fees and any customs duties, taxes and VAT are non-refundable.

You shall return the goods to us by sending them back by your own means and at your charge to Chunkycut, Parc d’Activités 83,  L-8308 Capellen, Luxembourg (together with the printable "Return Form" below). The shipping fees for the return will not be reimbursed.

Please don't forget to use the address label in the Return Form.
