Delivery and Return Informations
SHIPPING INFO
For more informations about the standard and express delivery, check your shipping country in the board in the secion “Shipping info” in the footers section.
If you encounter a problem with the delay of your order, please contact our customer service.
Please note that Saturay, Sunday and holidays are not open days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We want you to be satisfy of your order ! If, for any reasons, you’re not, we’re happy to accept returns all eligible product except for the ones in sales.
Please read our "Return policy"
You shall return the goods to us by sending them back by your own means and at your charge to Chunkycut, Parc d’Activités 83, L-8308 Capellen, Luxembourg (together with the printable "Return Form" in our return policy). The shipping fees for the return will not be reimbursed.
REFUNDS
Original shipping charges are not refundabe, including orders with free shipping. If under the return, your original order is no longer eligible for free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fees from your country from your refund amount.
The refund will be credited back to your original form of payment depending on your banking institution. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited. It may take from 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement
Once we have received your return, please allow 7 business days for processing. We’ll send out a confirmation mail that your refund has been completed
